Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ 2022 Hickstead (GBR)

France claimed a dramatic victory in the 8th qualifier at the 2022 Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup in Hickstead, Great Britain.

Three teams, Brazil, France and Germany, finished the second round with eight faults each. Brazil’s Francisco Jose Mesquita Musa was the first rider to start and finished with four faults. German rider Tobias Meyer finished on zero faults and put lots of pressure on the last jump-off rider of team France. However, French Marc Dilasser showed nerves of steel and rode a clear jump-off round only one second faster than his competitor.

Team France collected 100 points for the win on time, Germany claiming second place with zero faults, and Brazil third, who finished up on 4 faults in the jump-off.
